No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, innerwear can't be returned or exchanged once it is delivered. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. If you are not sure about a size, email us first and we will help you choose.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order before we ship it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method: credit cards usually in 5 to 7 banking days, debit cards, net banking and UPI usually in 7 to 14 banking days. The final credit time depends on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before shipping have nothing to refund.
Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
If the Parcel Is Damaged at Delivery
If the outer packaging is damaged or looks tampered with when the courier arrives, please do not accept the parcel. Note it on the courier's delivery sheet and email us right away with your order details, and we will sort it out with the courier.
