About These Terms

This website is run by Swagat Enterprises, 4221-B, Gali Ahiran, Pahari Dhiraj, Sadar Bazar, Delhi 110006 ("we", "us"). When you use this website or place an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and Sizes

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Packs are sold exactly as described on each product page. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay online at checkout or choose Cash on Delivery. Online payments are handled by secure payment providers, and we do not store your card details.

If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel that order. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Orders

After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we can't deliver to the address given, or if the order details look incorrect or fraudulent. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

You can cancel your own order before it ships, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 8 business days. Shipping is a flat ₹75 per order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, innerwear can't be returned or exchanged once it is delivered. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and what to do if a parcel arrives damaged.

Your Account

If you create an account, please keep your login details private and keep your contact and address details correct. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Using This Website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, misuse or try to disrupt the website, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Photos, Logos and Content

The text, photos, logos and brand names on this website are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
